REPSOL ALCUDIA 3802N black compound is a high density polyethylene hexene copolymer of high molecular weight mainly designed for the extrusion of microirrigations tapes. The combination of the antioxidant system and minimum of 2.0 % well dispersed carbon black used in REPSOL ALCUDIA 3802N provides an excellent protection against thermal oxidation during processing and good long-term thermal stability and UV resistance. Because other good mechanical properties and their characteristics, and an excellent ESCR resistance the polyethylene black compound REPSOL ALCUDIA 3802N, is designed to produce:
Applications
- Black microirrigation tapes.
- Fittings and valves.
The recommended melt temperature to obtain the optimum results is 215ºC - 220ºC, together with the use of a screw L/D: 20 and compression rate: 4:1.

REPSOL ALCUDIA 45060 is a high density polyethylene copolymer hexane, of high molecular weight. It is specially designed for the extrusion-blow moulding of automotive plastic fuel tanks. REPSOL ALCUDIA 45060 displays excellent environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) and high impact resistance.
REPSOL ALCUDIA 45060 is supplied in pellets and contains a suitable antioxidant formulation to prevent thermal degradation in the extrusion process.

- Automotive plastic fuel tanks.

It has an excellent Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR) and impact resistance, so it's recommended to IBC tanks.

It has an excellent environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) and impact resistance.
This grade is suitable to produce containers according to the Spanish UNE-53432 parts 1, 2 and 3 and the EN 13341 in Europe, or NFM-88-560 in France. It is also included in the German DIBT list of materials to contain petroleum derivatives.

The grade REPSOL ALCUDIA IMB UV2120/5 is a masterbatch of additives in LDPE specially designed for the production of films for greenhouses and tunnels covers.
The grade REPSOL ALCUDIA IMB UV2120/5 contains a combination of HALS and other additives that protect the films of degradation.
Applications
The grade REPSOL ALCUDIA IMB UV2120/5 is specially recommended for the production of films for greenhouses and tunnels covers with excellent performance against thermal and UV degradation.
Repsol recommends blend a minimum of 5 % ALCUDIA UV2120/5 with LDPE to produce films having a lifetime of two continuous agricultural seasons in the geographical zones where the maximum solar radiation is 160 kLy. The film duration depends on the quality of the blend. In order to obtain a very good dispersion and homogenization of the additives in the film, the blend must be done under the best conditions.

The grade REPSOL ALCUDIA IMB UV2130/6 is a masterbatch of additives in LDPE specially designed for the production of films for greenhouses and tunnels covers.
The grade REPSOL ALCUDIA IMB UV2130/6 contains a combination of HALS and other additives that protect the films of degradation.
Applications
The grade REPSOL ALCUDIA IMB UV2130/6 is specially recommended for the production of films for greenhouses and tunnels covers with excellent performance against thermal and UV degradation.
Repsol recommends blend a minimum of 6 % REPSOL ALCUDIA UV2130/6 with LDPE or EVA/EBA copolymers to produce films having a lifetime of two continuous agricultural seasons in the geographical zones where the maximum solar radiation is 160 kLy. The film duration depends on the quality of the blend. In order to obtain a very good dispersion and homogenization of the additives in the film, the blend must be done under the best conditions.

The grade REPSOL ALCUDIA IMB UVH3A is a LDPE based masterbatch of additives specially designed for the production of films for greenhouses and tunnels covers.
The grade REPSOL ALCUDIA IMB UVH3A contains a combination of the last generation HALS and low rate migration UV absorber. It also contains different antioxidants that prevent thermal degradation of the polymer during the extrusion process.
Applications
REPSOL ALCUDIA IMB UVH3A is specially recommended for the production of films for greenhouses and tunnels covers with excellent performance against thermal and UV degradation.
The 200 µm thickness films produced with REPSOL ALCUDIA IMB UVH3A, according to the dose recommended in the table, have a lifetime from 3 seasons to 3 years in the geographical zones where the maximum solar radiation is 160 kLy. The film duration depends on the quality of the blend. In order to obtain a very good dispersion and homogenization of the additives in the film, the blend must be done under the best conditions.

The grade REPSOL ALCUDIA 17070M is low density polyethylene grade of very high fluidity, intended for injection moulding applications due to very low viscosity that allows an easy filling of the moulds, even with complex geometry, and it is very versatile to disperse pigments. It does not contain any additives.

• Caps and closures.
• Toys.
• Component in the preparation of masterbatches and blends with waxes and other polymers
Recommended melt temperature range from 180 to 230ºC. Processing conditions should be optimized for each production line.

The grade REPSOL ALCUDIA 17150M is a low density polyethylene grade of very high fluidity, intended for diverse applications such as hot-melt adhesives, coatings, compounds and master-batches. Its formulation does not include additives.
