The grade REPSOL RESISTEX® MF3810N is a black medium density metallocene ethylene-hexene copolymer, which is especially intended for jacketing of power and communication cables. It contains 2.5% well-dispersed carbon black and thermal stabilizers to ensure excellent weathering resistance. The outstanding feature of this product is its mechanical properties, excellent outdoor weather resistance, processability and stress crack resistance (ESCR). Applications - Black Jacketing of power and telecommunication cables. It is recommended a melt temperature between 220 – 250ºC

The grade REPSOL PE ULTRACLEAN® 008 is a low density polyethylene grade, produced by high pressure tubular technology. This material is characterized by a very low gel level, suitable for blown or cast film applications. It combines easy process ability and good balance of mechanical and optical properties. It does not contain any additives. Applications • Wrapping and packaging film with low gel content requirement • Lamination and high quality printing applications • Protection film or high value film Recommended melt temperature range from 170 to 200ºC.
