ES5340 is a grade with ultra-high flowability, high heat resistance (200°C), low CLTE, dimensional stability, creep resistance at high temperatures, and excellent hot water resistance and flame resistance.
ES5340 has excellent flowability and dimensional accuracy, and is used in sockets, connectors, relays, etc., as well as fuel cell components that take advantage of its hydrothermal properties.

Ultrason® pellets are supplied in bags and/or octabins. The bulk density ranges between 700 and 800 g/l. Provided the packaging remains undamaged, Ultrason® can be stored indefinitely. Ultrason® pellets absorb moisture very rapidly. Therefore, the pellets need to be dried at least 4h at 130°C to 150°C in a vacuum or dry air drier prior to processing.

This transparent grade offers high heat deflection temperature, excellent toughness and dimensional stability and resistance to mineral acids. Other desirable properties include thermal stability, creep resistance and inherent flame resistance. This grade was formerly marketed as Gafone™ PESU.

Veradel 3100P C is a compacted version of Veradel 3100P, which has been specifically engineered to improve handling and powder flow. Veradel 3100P C has a higher bulk density, larger average particle size, and significantly reduced fines relative to standard Veradel 3100P.
PESU offers excellent toughness and outstanding hydrolytic resistance. It resists attack from steam, boiling water, and mineral acids. Cast films or coatings of PESU are transparent and have additional desirable properties including long term thermal stability, excellent metal adhesion and formability and inherent flame resistance.
Typical applications include high-temperature coating formulations, membranes, advanced high-temperature composites, and specialty adhesives.
