EZ-Brush® Vac Bag Silicone | アジア太平洋地域 |
EZ-Brush® Vac Bag Silicone is a brushable platinum cure silicone developed especially for making high performance, re-usable vacuum bags. EZ-Brush® Vac Bag Silicone is easy to mix and apply. Mix ratio is 1A:1B by volume and rubber can be applied with a brush or spatula to vertical surfaces without sagging.
Pot life is 30 minutes, recoat time is 1 hour. Rubber cures with negligible shrinkage to a soft, flexible rubber (Shore 20A) with very high elongation and tear strength. Newly made bags can be removed from the tool in 3.5 hours and used immediately in production with polyester or epoxy resin systems and will withstand temperatures up to 500° F /260° C.
Compared to conventional vacuum bagging systems, EZ-Brush® Vac Bag Silicone is much faster at delivering a production-ready silicone bag resulting in a tremendous time and labor savings. Since bags are re-usable, long term material costs are greatly reduced.

EZ~Spray® 35 is a platinum cure silicone rubber developed specifically for spraying through the EZ~Spray® Junior Cartridge System. With no or minimal surface preparation, EZ~Spray® 35 can be sprayed onto vertical surfaces for making fast rubber molds of large surface areas. After a suitable thickness is attained, EZ~Spray® 35 cures in 1 hour with negligible shrinkage to a durable mold rubber good for production casting resins, foams, concrete, plaster and other materials. Application of a support shell is achieved by spraying Smooth-On's EZ~Spray® Plastic over the rubber mold after it has fully cured. Read the EZ~Spray® Junior manual prior to spraying.

EZ~Spray® Foam is a polyurethane foam compound that can be conveniently sprayed using Smooth-On's EZ~Spray® Junior System. Foam cures quickly to strong, lightweight and impact resistant 8 lb. rigid foam that can be used for a variety of applications including making lightweight castings. Foam can also be sprayed over certain rubber mold configurations as a mother mold material. For more information, refer to Smooth-On's EZ~Spray® Junior manual and video.
