FINGERPRINT™ DFDC-7525 NT est une résine polyéthylène de densité moyenne fabriquée grâce à la technologie de procédé Unipol™. Elle est utilisée pour des applications telles que les tuyaux à parois minces pour la micro-irrigation et les extrusions de profilés. Les caractéristiques de réduction de l'étirage de la résine DFDC-7525 NT favorisent la production de tuyaux alliant facilité d’extrusion et solidité.
Elle est également utilisée comme composant de mélange pour modifier et améliorer les propriétés physiques des résines de polyéthylène à haute pression, à très basse densité, à basse densité linéaire ou à haute densité. Pour les applications en extérieur, l’ajout d’un stabilisant UV permet de préserver ses excellentes propriétés de résistance aux UV sur des périodes prolongées. Le mélange-maître de noir de carbone Dow DFNF-0092 à 6,5% fournit une résistance adéquate aux UV.

This blue compound combines easy processing with very good mechanical properties, an excellent resistance to UV radiation and thermal ageing, and very high environmental stress cracking resistance, which gives pipes and fittings a maximum useful life.
HIPLEX® TR-418 blue is recommended for pipe extrusion and injection moulding of fittings, especially high-pressure pipe systems such as potable water pipes, industrial pipes etc.
HIPLEX TR-418 blue is classified as an MRS 8 material. It confirms different national and international standards such as ISO 4427, ISO 4437, EN 1555 and EN 12201.
