SUPRENE EPDM 505A has lower Mooney viscosity than SUPRENE EPDM 505, and its mill processability is further improved.
It is Possible to mold with SUPRENE EPDM 505A various molded products within a short time because of its fast cure rate.
When SUPRENE EPDM 505A blended with diene type rubber, its dispersion is excellent. It can also be used more effectively by taking advantage of good ozone resistances.
SUPRENE EPDM 505A is suitable for sponge made by continuous curing. Low density sponge can be obtained through the curing. It can also be used in various applications such as automotive tires, rubber coated fabrics, and automotive parts.

SUPRENE EPDM 512F has high ethylene content for high green strength of uncured rubber.
Since SUPRENE EPDM 512F can make a formulation incorporating large quantities of fillers and process oil, the resulting compound is inexpensive. In addition, its 'friable bale' form facilitates its mixing with ingredients by means of a Banbury mixer and at shorter mixing time, which results in energy saving.
For examples of application of SUPRENE EPDM 512F making the best use of its above- mentioned characteristics, there are various extrusion products, such as hose, window gasket, various molded products, and low cost compounds.

SUPRENE EPDM 5206F is a non-oil extended grade with very high Mooney viscosity and high ENB content.
SUPRENE EPDM 5206F shows excellent extrusion processability and its moderate ethylene content gives this grade a better flexibility under low temperature, compared with high ethylene grades. Especially, fast curing is possible with this grade because of its high ENB content.
SUPRENE EPDM 5206F is suitable for sponge made by continuous curing such as window seal, body seal for automotives and adiabatic sponge.
