A flame retardant concentrate based in low density polyethylene that features good dispersion, excellent processing stability up to 450 degrees F, and superior UV stability. RCP 770C is recommended for use in low, linear, and high-density polyethylene. It can be used with equal success in extrusion, blow molding, injection molding, structural foam, and film applications. RCP 770C also offers good heat sealing and printing performance in polyethylene film applications. When RCP 770C is let down at 8% in LDPE, a 4-8 mil film will meet flammability criteria according to BFD IX-1 and NFPA 701.
