Hostalen CRP 100 RESIST S orange-yellow is a high density polyethylene (HDPE), orange-yellow colored similar RAL 1033 with light stabilizer and high melt viscosity for identification marking stripes for gas pipes made from Hostalen CRP100 RESIST CR black or Hostalen CRP 100 black.

Hostalen CRP 100 RT black is a high density polyethylene (HDPE), black colored similar RAL 9004, with high melt viscosity for extrusion, injection and compression molding. The product is used by customers in pipe and sheet applications and provides good stress crack resistance properties (ESCR) combined with very good long term hydrostatic strength even at raised temperature (RT). It has an excellent heat ageing and extremely high extraction stability. Hostalen CRP 100 RT black has a minimum required strength (MRS) classification of 10 MPa and is thereby designated PE 100 according to ISO 12162:2009

Hostalen CRP 100 S BLUE is a bimodal high density polyethylene compound (HDPE), blue colored similar to RAL 5005 (Royal blue). The compound contains a specially designed stabilisation package to protect against UV radiation and thermal degradation. Additionally it contains a pigment system with very high opacity, to provide colourful, bright stripes when extruded as thin layer on black pipes. The blue compound is typically used for the coextrusion of blue identification stripes according EN 12201-2 on black pipes produced from Hostalen CRP 100 BLACK, Hostalen CRP 100 RESIST CR BLACK or Hostalen CRP 100 RCD BLACK. Hostalen CRP 100 S BLUE complies with the fusion compatibility requirements in prEN 12201-1:2021, and with the resistance to weathering as described in prEN 12201-1:2021, Table 2 after a cumulative radiant exposure of 7 GJ/m². This excellent resistance to weathering allows an outdoor storage of the pipes for 1-2 years depending on the region and the average yearly cumulative radiant dosage (see EN12007-2, Fig 2).
