Exxtra™ Seal m 1015 Series 北美洲
Exxtra™ Seal m 1015 resin is an ethylene 1-hexene copolymer. Films made from Exxtra™ Seal m 1015 resin have outstanding cold temperature toughness, impact strength and puncture. These superior strength properties, along with excellent heat sealing and hot tack performance, make this a very versatile packaging film resin. TnPP is not intentionally added to Exxtra™ Seal m 1015 resin.

Exxtra™ Seal m 1015.RA is an ethylene 1-hexene copolymer resin. Films that incorporate Exxtra™ Seal m 1015.RA can enable outstanding cold temperature toughness, impact strength and puncture performance. Fluoropolymers, or fluorine-containing compounds, and TNPP are not intentionally added to Exxtra™ Seal m 1015.RA.

Exxtra™ Seal m 15018XC resin is an ethylene 1-hexene copolymer. Laminates using Exxtra™ Seal m 15018XC as coating layer have outstanding sealing properties and broad hot tack window. The grade has 'easy processability' due to the high melt index in extrusion coating, extrusion lamination and co-extrusion coating processes. The grade is recommended for coating ondifferent substrates like board and paper (bleached and unbleached), aluminum foil, flexible films, PE based woven fabrics, etc.

Exceed™ 0019XC resin is an ethylene 1-hexene copolymer. Laminates using Exceed™ 0019XC as a coating layer have outstanding sealing properties and broad hot tack window. The grade has ‘easy processability’ due to the high melt index in extrusion coating, extrusion lamination and co-extrusion coating processes. The grade is recommended for coating on different substrates like board and paper (bleached and unbleached), aluminum foil, flexible films, PE based woven fabrics, etc.

Films made from Exxtra™ Seal POP 5008.PA have a much lower seal initiation temperature than the density suggests along with high toughness and high stiffness. Exxtra™ Seal POP 5008.PA is designed to provide an overall combination of properties which contributes to enhanced packaging line speeds and improved hermeticity.
