AKROMID® B28 GF 25 9 FR natural (8066)
AKROMID® B28 GF 25 9 FR natural (8066) is a PA6 with flame-retarding properties and 25% Glass Fiber. It achieves V0 Classification at 1.5mm and higher thicknesses. The FR system is free of red phosphorous and free of halogens. The product offers outstanding long-term heat-aging stability as well as mechanical and economical advantages in comparison to conventional grades that were designed for V0 classification at 0.4 or 0.8 mm.
Suitable for applications that have to resist high forces and loads. e.g. Bus-Bar holders, cable ducts and brackets for cables with high mass and high currents.
