Radel® Hyra R-9100 BK937 América do Norte
Radel® R-9100 is a general purpose polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) for injection molding, that offers exceptional hydrolytic stability, and toughness superior to other commercially-available, high-temperature engineering resins. This resin also offers a high deflection temperature and outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking. Radel® polymers are inherently flame retardant, provide excellent thermal stability and possess good electrical properties. Transparent and opaque colors are available. This material has been specifically formulated for hydrogen applications, and detailed compatibility information for various environments, including alkaline and acidic conditions, is available upon request.

Radel® R-7159 NT50 África & Oriente Médio
Radel® R-7159 NT50 polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) was developed specifically for aircraft interior applications. The product complies with the FAA regulation 14CFR Part 25 Appendix F, offering vertical burn resistance, very low smoke generation and, through the use of proprietary additives, low heat release values in the Ohio State University (OSU) rate of heat release method. It also generates low flaming-mode toxic gas emissions. The material offers good resistance to most fluids found in the aviation industry. It is available in pigmented grades to match OEM color standards and in a natural-color grade that is designed to accept aircraft paint systems for aesthetic parts. Painting enhances the chemical resistance of the polymer and provides the final step in color coordination. - Natural: Radel® R-7159 NT50
Radel® R-7300 África & Oriente Médio
Radel® R-7300 (for light colors) and R-7400 (for darker colors) polyphenylsulfone resins were developed specifically for aircraft interior applications, and through the use of a proprietary flame retardant package, offer low heat release, low smoke generation, and low toxic gas emissions. These resins comply with the FAA regulation 14CFR Part 25.853 Appendix F. In addition, they have excellent impact resistance and ESCR when exposed to fluids typically used by the aerospace industry, reducing the need for annealing or protective films. Radel® R-7300 and R-7400 resins have excellent flow characteristics, readily filling complex parts with thin walls or long flow lengths. Chemical Resistance: One of the outstanding characteristics of Radel® R-7300 and R-7400 resins is their resistance to many commonly used aviation fluids. Three test methods: unstressed immersion, stressed with a 5-inch radius curve, and stressed with a variable radius curve fixture, were employed to evaluate resistance of Radel® resins to Skydrol® LD-4; 1,1,1-trichloroethane; Jet fuel A; methyl ethyl ketone; toluene; isopropanol; and Skydrol® 500B. - White: Radel® R-7300 WH7363
Radel® R-7700 África & Oriente Médio
Radel® R-7700 polyphenylsulfone sheet was developed specifically for aircraft interior applications. Through the use of a proprietary flame retardant package, this resin offers low heat release, low smoke generation and low toxic gas emissions, thereby complying with the FAA regulation 14CFR Part 25.853 Appendix F. In addition, it has excellent impact resistance and meets typical industry requirements for resistance to aerospace fluids, even under stress. Radel® R-7700 is available in pellets and sheet form. Radel® R-7700 sheet can be formed into large complex geometries with relative ease on conventional thermoforming equipment. Radel® RG-5010 América do Norte
Radel® RG-5010 is a 10% glass-fiber reinforced polyphenylsulfone (PPSU). Compared to unreinforced polyphenylsulfone, this grade has increased strength, stiffness and creep resistance. This resin is particularly well suited for applications where excellent durability after long-term heat, hot water, or steam exposure is required. - Blue: Radel® RG-5010 BU 323 - Black: Radel® RG-5010 BK 985
Radel® RG-5030 NT20 América do Norte
Radel® RG-5030 NT20 is a 30% glass reinforced grade of Radel® R polyphenylsulphone. This high-performance thermoplastic compound offers outstanding hydrolytic stability, strong resistance to acids and bases, and significantly improved environmental stress cracking resistance relative to unreinforced polyphenylsulphone, this grade has increased strength, stiffness, and creep resistance. This resin is particularly well suited for applications where excellent durability after long-term heat, hot water, or steam exposure is required. In addition, Radel® RG-5030 NT20 has good electrical properties and is inherently flame retardant. Radel® RG-5030 NT20 can be easily fabricated using conventional injection molding equipment and procedures. This resin is opaque and light beige in color.
