PES polyethersulfone is a tough, high-strength thermoplastics that are suitable for continuous use up to 356°F (180°C). PES film is resistant to oxidation and hydrolysis and withstand prolonged exposure to high temperatures and repeated sterilization. PES polyethersulfone films are highly resistant to mineral acids, alkali and salt solutions. Their resistance to detergents and hydrocarbon oils is good, but they will be attacked by polar solvents such as ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Electrical properties of PES films are stable over a wide temperature range and after immersion in water or exposure to high humidity. The film is transparent, a light amber color.

PES-1000F is an injection molding grade of transparent polyethersulfone (PESU) with high heat deflection and superior toughness.

DURASON PES2000 is a middle viscosity PolyetherSulfone (PES). PES has the highest Tg within the sulfone family of polymers. In addition to temperature resistance, it offers excellent chemical resistance, flame retardance, hydrolytic stability, transparency, etc. It is available in AMR, EUR, and APAC. It is available in natural, black, and custom colors.
