RECICLEX® CBIOHI1550KM América do Norte
REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOHI1550KM is a bio-based polyolefin derived from the use of alternative raw materials coming from renewable and sustainable plastic waste as well as from the biodegradable fraction coming from industrial and municipal waste. It is certified by a mass balance methodology according to the requirements of the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC PLUS). REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOHI1550KM is a medium fluidity heterophasic copolymer with an excellent impact resistance, even at low temperatures. It is nucleated and contains a special antistatic formulation which provides an outstanding demoulding performance. Applications REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOHI1550KM is an excellent solution for high impact applications such as: • Pails, boxes, industrial or consumer containers for cold storage. • Interior Automotive Components • High Impact Injection Articles: infant safety systems, toys, sports, leisure, etc. Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 250ºC. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
RECICLEX® CBIOHPP40N América do Norte
REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOHPP40N is a bio-based polyolefin derived from the use of alternative raw materials coming from renewable and sustainable plastic waste as well as from the biodegradable fraction coming from industrial and municipal waste. It is certified by a mass balance methodology according to the requirements of the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC PLUS). REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOHPP40N is a polypropylene homopolymer of very high fluidity intended for injection moulding. It is a nucleated grade and is characterized by good flow properties that facilitates an easy mould filling and short cycle times. Due to the specific crystalline structure, at the same time, it exhibits high stiffness and low warpage. This grade has been produced with a Phthalate Free Catalytic system. Applications • Thin Wall injection moulding • LabWare • Dispensers Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 250ºC. Processing conditions should be optimized for each production line. RECICLEX® CBIOP28800 América do Norte
REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOP28800 is a bio-based polyolefin derived from the use of alternative raw materials coming from renewable and sustainable plastic waste as well as from the biodegradable fraction coming from industrial and municipal waste. It is certified by a mass balance methodology according to the requirements of the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC PLUS). EVA resin REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOP28800 is a very low viscosity copolymer for hot melt adhesives applications. EVA resin REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOP28800 has been improved for a better stability against thermal degradation. It contains antioxidant and free flowing agent. Applications • Hot Melt Adhesives. • Packaging. • Bookbinding. Recommended melt temperature below 200ºC to avoid the decomposition of the polymer. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
RECICLEX® CBIOPP034 América do Norte
REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOPP034 is a bio-based polyolefin derived from the use of alternative raw materials coming from renewable and sustainable plastic waste as well as from the biodegradable fraction coming from industrial and municipal waste. It is certified by a mass balance methodology according to the requirements of the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC PLUS). REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOPP034 is a phthalate free medium melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer specially formulated and adapted for bioriented film extrusion (BOPP). The product is suitable for metallizable film. Rheological properties enhance orientation and give it very high break resistance in the melt, meaning that it behaves ideally during subsequent treatment. The extruded film provides excellent optical, mechanical and barrier properties. Applications In extrusion processes such as: • Bi-oriented film BOPP manufactured using the tenter-frame process. • High tenacity staple yarn • Low thickness sheet extrusion Recommended melt temperatures range between 210 and 250ºC. It is certified by a mass balance methodology according to the requirements of the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC PLUS). REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOPP044 is a phthalate free medium melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer specially formulated and adapted for bioriented film extrusion (BOPP). The product is suitable for metallizable film. REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOPR230C1E is a bio-based polyolefin derived from the use of alternative raw materials coming from renewable and sustainable plastic waste as well as from the biodegradable fraction coming from industrial and municipal waste. It is certified by a mass balance methodology according to the requirements of the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC PLUS). REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOPR230C1E is a phthalate free propylene-ethylene random copolymer with medium-low melt flow rate. It offers good transparency, high gloss and excellent surface finish. It is formulated with additives to reinforce the thermal stability during product processing and end use. REPSOL RECICLEX® CBIOPR230C1E can be easily coloured during the extrusion process using the right pigments, preferably in the form of concentrates with a higher melt flow rate than that of the base polymer. Applications • Blow-moulding extrusion. Specially recommended for detergents and cosmetics due to its high ESCR • Sheet Extrusion • Thermoforming Recommended melt temperature range between 190 and 250ºC. REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPF600 is a circular polyolefin in which post-consumer plastic waste has been used as an alternative raw material, ensuring the circularity of the materials. Grade certified under ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) with mass balance methodology. REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPF600 is a phthalate free ultra high fluidity random copolymer, intended for the manufacturing of very thin wall articles due to its excellent balance of mechanical properties. It is particularly suitable for injection moulding applications where exceptional organoleptic properties are highly demand. Its antistatic additive package improves demoulding properties providing shorter cycle times and better aesthetic finished as such as reduction of the presence of dust and dirt during storage. Applications REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPF600 is specially designed for: • Very Thin wall domestic containers with good behaviour at low temperatures • Boxes and crates for domestic and professional storage. • Very thin wall containers and closures for food products: ice cream, dairy desserts, jams.... REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPP087 is a phthalate free homopolymer grade with a high fluidity intended for injection moulding. It is characterised by good flow properties that enables to fill the mould easier and by short cycle times in large items and also outstanding organoleptic properties. Articles manufactured with this grade have excellent chemical resistance, are easily decorated and can accept different colouring systems. REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPP099 is a circular polyolefin in which post-consumer plastic waste has been used as an alternative raw material, ensuring the circularity of the materials. Grade certified under ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) with mass balance methodology. REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPP099 is a phthalate free ultra high fluidity nucleated polypropylene homopolymer, designed for injection moulding applications. It is characterised by its excellent processability which allows quick, easy filling of moulds and ultra-short cycle times. Moreover, because of its special crystalline configuration, providing high stiffness and very low warpage. Articles manufactured with this grade have excellent chemical resistance, are easily decorated and can accept different colouring systems. It is formulated with an antistatic additive package to permit the dispersion of static charges accumulated on the article surface avoiding anti-aesthetic dust deposits during storage or exhibition. Additive package also facilitates material processing and makes it easier to extract the pieces from the mould. RECICLEX® CIRCPR264 América do Norte
REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPR264 is a circular polyolefin in which post-consumer plastic waste has been used as an alternative raw material, ensuring the circularity of the materials. Grade certified under ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) with mass balance methodology. REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPR264 is a phthalate free polypropylene random copolymer designed for cast film applications. It is suitable for the manufacturing of non-oriented films with high transparency and good heat-sealability. This grade does not contain technical additives. Applications Extrusion and/or co-extrusion of non-oriented film, such as cast film or tubular quench, addressed to: • Food packaging • Lamination film • Stationery film • Flower packaging • Textile packaging Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 230ºC. REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPR580C2M is a circular polyolefin in which post-consumer plastic waste has been used as an alternative raw material, ensuring the circularity of the materials. Grade certified under ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) with mass balance methodology. REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPR580C2M is a phthalate free polypropylene random copolymer with high fluidity, intended for injection moulding. It is characterised by its high transparency, improved organoleptic properties and very low blooming. Due to the good balance of mechanical properties, thin wall articles with high dimensional stability can be manufactured. It is clarified and contains antistatic additives that reduce the presence of dust during storage. These additives also facilitate article release from the mould. Applications REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPR580C2M is particularly intended for applications in which excellent transparency and good organoleptic properties are required: • Houseware containers (square and cylindrical shape). • Transparent boxes and crates for domestic and professional storage. • Thin wall containers for foodstuffs: yoghurt, dairy products, fast food, candies, sauces... • Technical appliances: furniture, toys, electrical equipment, sports, leisure... REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPR595C2M is a circular polyolefin in which post-consumer plastic waste has been used as an alternative raw material, ensuring the circularity of the materials. Grade certified under ISCC PLUS (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) with mass balance methodology. REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPR595C2M is a phthalate free polypropylene random copolymer with high fluidity, intended for injection moulding. It is characterised by its high transparency and good organoleptic properties. Moulds are easily filled with this grade permitting short cycle times. The resin exhibits an excellent balance of properties: transparency, stiffness, impact resistance and organoleptic properties. It is clarified and contains antistatic additives that reduce the presence of dust during storage. These additives also facilitate article release from the mould. Applications REPSOL RECICLEX® CIRCPR595C2M is particularly intended for applications in which excellent transparency, short cycle time and good organoleptic properties are required: • Houseware containers (square and cylindrical shape). • Transparent boxes and crates for domestic and professional storage. • Thin wall containers for foodstuffs: yoghurt, dairy products, fast food, candies, sauces... • Technical appliances: furniture, toys, kitchen equipment… Recommended melt temperature range from 230 to 250ºC.
