Lucobit® 1210A | Europa |
Lucobit 1210 A is a mixture of ethylene copolymers and special bitumen. The resulting formulation is a concentrate or "masterbatch".
Lucobit®1210A consists of thermoplastic polyolefins. Addition of Lucobit® to bitumen increases its viscosity and broadens the range of plasticity. Although the minimum value of the Fraass breaking point of Lucobit® is at least as low as for unmodified standard bitumen, the ring and ball softening point increases considerably depending on the proportion of Lucobit®1210A that was added.
Penetration values decline accordingly. Ductility determined according to DIN EN 12591 decreases. However, the values ascertained for the so-called ductility at low temperatures are usually more favorable than those for standard bitumen without addition of Lucobit®1210A.
Product advantages
Compared with other standard binder Lucobit®1210A displays significant advantages in improving resistance to deformation. Rut formation tests 50°C demonstrated that asphalt can bear a two to three-fold load when modifying it with thermoplastics or altering binder viscosity by adding Lucobit.

Even relatively small amounts of Lucobit®1210A in asphalt mixtures improve:
- resistance to mechanical stress, in particular deformation and wear
- stability / rigidity and reduce the tendency to flow when hot and under load

Polietileno Reticulável SI-LINK™ DFDA-5451 NT é um copolímero de etileno-silano desenvolvido para usos em aplicações em cabos de energia e cabos de controle de até 1 kV.
O DFDA-5451 NT pode ser reticulado depois da extrusão com o masterbatch catalisador DFDB-5480 NT por exposição à umidade depois da fabricação do cabo. Se for exigido um produto preto para proteção contra raios UV, recomenda-se a adição do masterbatch de negro de fumo DFDB-5410 BK.
Uma vez que o masterbatch catalisador e o masterbatch de negro de fumo são embarcados separadamente do copolímero DFDA-5451 NT, os componentes têm grande estabilidade de prateleira. A reticulação do sistema total ocorre apenas depois da mistura a quente dos componentes e da exposição à umidade.

O polietileno reticulável SI-LINK™ DFDA-6451 Natural, com densidade de 0,922, e índice de fluidez de 1,5, é um copolímero silano-etileno destinado ao uso em aplicações de cabo de energia de média tensão. O DFDA-6451 Natural pode ser reticulado depois da extrusão com o masterbatch catalisador DFDB-5480 Natural, permitindo-se que a umidade se difunda no isolamento.
Especificações
A combinação de SI-Link DFDA-6451 NT / SI-Link DFDB 5480 pode ser usada como isolamento de cabos de média voltagem de polietileno reticulado (XLPE). DFDA-6451 NT/DFDB 5480 NT, quando processados usando condições seguras de extrusão e reticulação química feita pela ligação cruzada (crosslinking), atendem aos requisitos normais de média voltagem, conforme descrito na IEC 60502.

Esse composto foi aprovado para construções pelo UL Style 20292. Cada fabricante deve contatar o UL com relação à aplicação pretendida. O desempenho ótimo é obtido com uma dosagem de irradiação de 20 megarads.

UNIGARD™ RE DQDC-1388 Black is a non-halogen flame resistant irradiation curable, polyethylene copolymer, cable jacket compound designed to meet Navy cable specifications MIL-C24640 and MIL-C-24643. It is also approved as UL-1277 Tray Cable Jacket.
The typicall values shown herein are taken from data collected from the analysis of many cable jacket and plaques samples. The methods used for determining these results are given in MIL-C-24643.
