Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE): CHEMIGUM®
製品 | 可用性 | 製品の説明 |
---|---|---|
CHEMIGUM® P35 | アジア太平洋地域 |
Copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile (35%)
KEY ADVANTAGES
- Low compression set (LCS) thermoplastic elastomers (TPE's) can be tailor-made by blending in required amounts of Chemigum powder with low cost plasticized PVC at the end of the dry-blending cycle
- In blends with P35 as the dominant polymer, LCS values of 40% or less can be obtained after deformation for 1 day @ 70°C (158°F)
- Chemigum/PVC blends are recyclable
- Resistance to abrasion and flex-fatigue
- Chemical, oil & fuel resistant
APPLICATIONS
- Hoses, tubing, gasket & seals: auto, building, appliance & industrial
- Can be used in snap-fit assemblies
Additional Feature: Pre-crosslinked
