Santoprene®Â 3293-40G TPV is a hard, brownish thermoplastic vulcanization (TPV) in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) family. This material combines good physical properties and thermal insulation for use in a wide range of applications. This grade of Santoprene®Â TPV is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming or vacuum forming. It is polyolefin based and recyclable within the manufacturing stream.

It is designed for extruding thin sections with excellent definition (down to 0.33 mm [0.013''] radius) and long runs with minimal build-up of material on screen packs or narrow die sections. It is polyolefin based and completely recyclable.
