NBR 6280 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile manufactured by advanced emulsion polymerization technology of Goodyear and LG Chem.
NBR 6280 is a non staining, high mooney, and medium high acrylonitrile polymer designed to aid in processing operations such as extruding and calendering.
NBR 6280 has been designed to satisfy the need for high level plasticizers. NBR 6280 is recommended to use in shoe products, chemically blown sponge, resistance to fuel and oil products.

NBR 6840 offers very low mold fouling, fast cure, and high resilience. NBR 6840 is recommended to use in wide range of general purpose applications including injection molded o-rings, calendered belting, extruded hose and sponge. Furthermore, it's also applicable to food contact items.

NBR 6850 is preferably used for molded rubber parts such as gaskets, Orings and also good elasticity parts as rubber roller, anti-vibration system, etc. Furthermore, it's also applicable to food contact items. NBR 6850 is a high mooney version of NBR 6840.

NBR 7030 is a mechanically fully-fluxed polyblend of 70 parts medium-high acrylonitrile rubber and 30 parts polyvinylchloride resin. Since NBR 7030 is already prefluxed, normal temperature for rubber can be adopted during mixing and subsequent factory operations.
NBR 7030 has sufficient stabilizer for normal aging conditions and can be processed with normal mixing procedures. It has higher compound strength, relatively better physical properties and excellent processability for extrusion, providing smooth surface on the resultant products.
These properties make NBR 7030 is ideally suited for hose, wire, cable and roll application. And also, NBR 7030 is excellent in resistance to abrasion, ozone, oil, and fuel. It is suggested to use for rolls, shoe soles, belts, hoses, wire or/and cable jackets under normal temperature.

NBR 7150 is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile to be manufactured by cold emulsion polymerization technology of Goodyear and LG Chem.
NBR 7150 is a non staining, medium mooney, and medium low acrylonitrile polymer designed to aid in processing operations such as extrusion and press molding. NBR 7150 offers good balance between oil and fuel resistance and also has good elasticity in low temperature.
NBR 7150 is preferably uesd for industrial and automotive hoses and molded rubber part such as gaskets and o-rings. And also, it can be used for foam insulation application due to good elasticity. Furthermore, LG Chem is producing the low and high mooney version of NBR 7150 by order of each customer.
