Metocene HM562S is a metallocene-catalysed polymer with a very narrow Molecular Weight Distribution, suitable for extrusion application. It is formulated with an anti-gas fading stabilization package. It can be advantageously processed in different spinning technologies. Typical applications are spunbond nonwovens and continuous filaments such as partially-oriented yarns (POY). Metocene HM562S expands processing capabilities to achieve unmatched properties balances. It allows faster spinning and lower denier filaments. Additional advantages of Metocene HM562S are low volatiles and processing smokes.

Moplen 2000HEXP can be used in luggage, closures and as an ideal base material for technical compounding. It is not intended for medical and pharmaceutical applications.

Moplen 2152HOXP is Basell's latest innovative core development grade, specifically designed for very high speed production of BOPP films. It can be used in plain and coex film structures, providing an easy film stretchability, an improved thickness profile and very good compatability with the skin layer resin.
Moplen 2152HOXP shows an excellent processability / film properties balance and good film optics.
Moplen 2152HOXP does not contain any slip or antistatic agents and it is Calcium Stearate free. The product is suitable for metallization purposes.
Typical applications are packaging of foodstuffs, cosmetics and videocasettes.

Moplen Coat EP/60 BIANCO is a UV and thermal stabilized polypropylene copolymer, designed for extrusion. It is developed for continuous service at high temperature (to be designed case by case, but typically in the -20°C/+120°C temperature range for on-shore projects and up to +145°C for off-shore projects). This product offers good resistance to impact, indentation, environmental stress cracking, chemicals, fungi and bacteria, as well as good stiffness and low water absorption. This grade is available in white, in pellet form.

Moplen COAT EP/60 M BIANCO is a white, UV and thermal stabilized polypropylene copolymer, in powder form, to be applied onto polypropylene coating prior to water cooling process to improve the surface roughness. In order to get a rough surface, effective as anti-slip for concrete coating, a small, uniform amount of this product has to be applied using a spray gun, vibrator equipment or any other suitable system; indicative quantity to be applied is 40 - 80 g/m2. It is a high stabilized product suitable for pipeline operating temperature up to +145°C (off-shore projects).
