Small wire gauges, such as 20-24 AWG, insulated with XL 07414 exhibit higher strip forces than wire insulated with XL 07407. Non-discoloring antioxidant and special active peroxide have been added to ensure thermal stability during processing and optimum curing results.

PEXIDAN® A-3021 is an ethylene-copolymer based XLPE curable by moisture and is intended for application requiring superior flexibility. When mixed in the proper proportions with a suitable catalyst masterbatch, the resulting mixture is curable by exposure to stream, 70-95°C hot water, or even ambient moisture. A-3021 is the silane-grafted base component of a 2-part system and must be used with a suitable catalyst masterbatch.

Description
POYAD DS201 is an advanced moisture absorber MB eliminates moisture effects on PE blown/cast film, PE and PP injection molding, blow molding, sheet/profile extrusion and etc. It's widely used for recycling and damped plastics.
Application
POYAD DS201 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-bending.
Meanwhile it can absorb moisture 20% of its own weight, it can be used from 1 to 8%, however 3% is recommended.
Use the mixture of this product within 24 hours and heat seal the opened bags immediately to keep its efficiency. Store in clean, dry and cool place, out of sun exposure not to exceed 6 months. Don't use opened or damaged packages before drying.

Polymer Processing Aid MB
Description
POYAD PA211 is specially designed to improve the processability of LLDPE rich materials, MDPE and HDPE. It works by coating the internal surface of the extruder and die and thereby reduces the friction between the polymer and the metal.
This leads to reduce or eliminate melt fracture, improved surface quality, clarity, gloss and reduced extruder head pressure which often allows higher output rates and/or reduces power consumption. It can also be used to reduce die build up.
POYAD PA211 typical application are film, sheet and pipe extrusion as well as blow molding.

Application
POYAD PA211 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending.
For maximum efficiency, it is advisable to pre-condition the extruder by using a high initial dosing level of up to 15% and should be continued for 10 to 15 minutes until melt fracture is eliminate. The following continuous addition level can then be 1-2%. Some additives such as anti-block and some pigments affect its efficiency.

Plastics and polymeric compounds suffer the perennial problem of accumulating and releasing electrical charges in an uncontrolled manner. Hence products made from them generate static electricity and minor shocks, which can initiate explosions when certain products are placed in them. The two traditional ways of solving this problem are (a) to use antistatic additives, which only work under certain conditions (e.g. when damp) and the effect of which is only temporary; and (b) to incorporate carbon black, which naturally turns the compound black and aesthetically unattractive.
PTFA 25 is an innovative development in the quest to solve these problems. It is an olefinic-based halogen-free flame-retarded compound with permanent antistatic properties, it is not black and it can be coloured. It is intended for the injection-moulding of sensitive containers.
