PULSE™ EV81 GF20 is an ignition resistant 20% glass filled PC/ABS resin that contains no chlorinated or brominated flame retardant additives. It combines the superior physical properties of PC and the excellent processability of ABS. PULSE™ EV81 GF20 is designed with excellent flow and high rigidity, outstanding capability in chemical resistance, it's suitable for big cylindrical cell bottom tray application. PULSE™ EV81 GF20 has a UL 94 V-0 rating at 1.5 mm.

PULSE™ EV90 E35 Advanced Resin is an ignition-resistance PC/ABS alloy containing 35% post consumer recycled (PCR) materials and no chlorinated or brominated flame retardant additives. This resin provides superior processability for molding thin-wall parts and optimizing cycle time productivity in injection molding operations. PULSE™ EV90 E35 has a UL94 V-0 rating at 1.5 mm.

PULSE™ EV90 advanced resin is an ignition-resistant PC/ABS blend that contains no chlorinated or brominated flame retardants. Its superior processing makes it ideal for molding large parts and optimizing cycle time productivity in injection molding operations. It has a UL 94 flammability rating of V-0 a 1.5mm. This resin is suitable for use in a wide variety of applications in power battery module.
