Nylon 6 40% Glass fiber

ICORENE® 7620 Fuel Lock is a high impact Polyamide 6 specifically developed for the rotational moulding of fuel tanks. This grade has been developed in collaboration with DSM and once moulded the ICORENE® 7620 Fuel Lock has higher resistance through fuel evaporation. Thus, monolayer tanks of this grade with thin wall thickness can easily pass the permeation requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA, USA) for CE10.

ICORENE® 7710 BLK 9906 (former name: XE00010) is a polyamide 6 based Black powder (PA6) containing stabilizer additives specifically designed for rotomoulding. This grade is used for making rotomoulded parts typically used in high heat applications. The parts made using this material require post moulding conditioning in moist air or in hot water to achieve full impact resistance and ductility. This powder may be rotational moulded without using an inert gas (N2 or CO2) atmosphere.

ICORENE® N9602 is a polyamide 6 grade with an easy release and a rapid solidification. This grade is used for masterbatch applications.

ICORENE® XE00011 is an experimental polyamide 6 based natural powder (PA6) containing stabiliser additives specifically designed for rotomoulding. This grade is used for making rotomoulded parts typically used in high heat applications or for long term hot water contact. The parts made using this material require post moulding conditioning in moist air or in water to achieve full impact resistance and ductility. This powder may be rotational moulded without using an inert gas (N2 or CO2) atmosphere.
