ErcrosBio® LL 550
ErcrosBio ® LL 550 is a PLA (polylactic acid)-based thermoplastic obtained from renewable natural materials. The content of material of biological origin is over 99%.
It is suitable for the production of food packaging in accordance with the criteria of Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 1 .
It is compostable in accordance with the criteria of standard EN 13432 1 .
CHARACTERISTICS:
ErcrosBio ® LL 550 has a high level of fluidity that is suitable for the injection of thin-walled parts, which require good processability, high level of transparency and short injection cycle times.
The material is designed to obtain parts by injection that do not require high impact properties and that require a high level of rigidity.
The crystallisation speed increases with high mould temperatures (90°C to 110°C).
RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS:
ErcrosBio ® LL 550 is recommended for injection moulding of thin-walled parts with high mechanical resistance. It can also be used for the injection of small parts, protection cases, supports, small containers, etc.
