Silopren LSR 2560 is a two-component liquid silicone rubber especially developed for the coating of textiles and glassfibre fabrics.

Key Features and Benefits
Vulcanisates consisting of Silopren LSR 2560 are distinguished by the following properties:
  • low viscosity
  • excellent thermal stability
  • high stability and flexibility at low temperatures
  • good rubber-like properties
  • long service life at dynamic stress
  • high stability to ozone and ultraviolet light
  • outstanding resistance to ageing
  • excellent dielectric behaviour over a wide range of temperatures
  • not readily combustible, does not melt or drip
  • easy pigmentable with the LSR Colour Pastes

Potential Applications
Because of the outstanding properties Silopren LSR 2560 is particularly suitable for the following applications: textile coating for protective suits or conveyor belts, coating of glasfibre fabric sleeves, coating of fabrics for compensators, tents and other technical applications s.o.
