SUMIPLOY CK3400 is a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) product filled with carbon fiber. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, or North America for injection molding. CK3400 is a grade with high strength, high elastic modulus, high heat resistance (320°C), low CLTE, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and flame resistance. CK3400 is used for semiconductor carriers, IC trays and gears, taking advantage of its chemical resistance, high strength and high heat resistance.

SUMIPLOY CK3420 is a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) product filled with carbon fiber/PTFE. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, or North America for injection molding. CK3420 is a grade with excellent tribological properties, especially excellent wear resistance against aluminum, high strength, high elastic modulus, high heat resistance (320°C), low CLTE, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and flame resistance. CK3420 is used for seal rings and gears, taking advantage of its sliding properties, high strength, high heat resistance and chemical resistance.
