MDPE 8818 is a 1-hexene copolymer medium density resin. Exhibits good processability, excellent stress cracking resistance (ESCR), impact resistant and good performance at low temperatures. The long term hydrostatic strength (LTHS) at 20°C is greater than 8 MPa, classifies as PE80 according to ISO 9080. ASTM D3350 cell classification: 235473A. Standard designation code: PE2706
Main applications include pipes for water distribution, irrigation, effluents; ducts for telecommunications; geomembranes; telephone cable shells, drop wires.

La résine de polyéthylène de densité moyenne DOW DNDA-1796 NT 7 est fabriquée grâce à la technologie de procédé UNIPOL™. Elle est conçue pour de la tuyauterie flexible et des tubes. Elle peut également être utilisée pour certains types de feuilles et certaines applications de moulage par soufflage telles que les petites bouteilles compressibles. MDPE NG 7525 is a Medium Density Polyethylene Resin produced in the UNIPOL™ Process. This resin is recommended to be used in thin-wall micro-irrigation tape application and profile extrusion application. Resin exhibits good draw down characteristics producing tapes with a reliable balance of extrusion and stiffness.
It can also be used as a component in mixtures with low density polyethylene resins and linear low density polyethylene resins, to modify and improve the mechanical properties. Outdoor applications require the addition of UV stabilizer to maintain the excellent properties over extended periods of UV exposure.
