ExxonMobil™ LDPE LD 143.DJ is a homopolymer packaging film resin with excellent clarity and good stiffness. LD 143.DJ resin is suitable for processing in either blown or cast film equipment. In blown film equipment LD 143.DJ resin can be drawn down to 1.0 mil.

LD144BR is an LDPE grade, which offers excellent optical properties combined with increased stiffness and drawdown properties.

LD 150 series are LDPE grades, offering good blend mechanical properties and stiffness. Several additive packages are available according to the required surface properties.

LD 151 series LDPE grades offer an excellent combination of high clarity with high stiffness. Several additive packages are available according to the required surface properties.

LD152BW is an LDPE grade offering an excellent combination of optical properties and stiffness. The 2.2 MI makes it ideal for blowing thicker films.

LD 156 series are LDPE grades, specially designed for lamination films and co-extruded films. They offer good mechanical, stiffness and optical properties, combined with very low gel level. These grades have a Film Appearance specification. Two additive packages are available tailored to the needs of the laminator. LD 156 is manufactured with narrow specifications to suit the high consistency requirements of lamination films.

LD 157CW offers good mechanical properties as well as excellent opticals.

LD 158 series are LDPE grades, specially designed for lamination and co-extruded films. They offer good mechanical, stiffness and optical properties, combined with very low gel level. These grades have a Film Appearance specification. Two additive packages are available tailored to the needs of the laminator. LD 158 is manufactured with narrow specifications to suit the high consistency requirements of lamination films.

LD 159AC is an LDPE grade, which offers good draw down combined with good mechanical strength.

LD 160 series are LDPE grades, which offer good draw down and optical properties.

ExxonMobil™ LD 165.BW1 resin is a fractional melt index LDPE with medium optical properties.

The LD 165 series are LDPE grades, offering high strength combined with medium optical properties.

LD 171BA is an LDPE grade, which offers good film rigidity combined with very good optical properties.

The ExxonMobil™ LDPE LD 185 resin offer good optical properties and sealing characteristics. LD 185 is manufactured with narrow specifications to suit the high consistency requirements of lamination films.

LD 200.48 is a general purpose LDPE extrusion coating grade, designed for flexible packaging applications. It offers - Low neck-in - Very good adhesion - Excellent heat sealabiltiy (i.e. high seal speeds and /or low heat seal temperatures mostly required in high speed form-fill-and-seal applications)

LD 201.48 is an LDPE extrusion coating grade, designed to have excellent processabiltity combined with heat sealability and adhesion. It offers - Excellent neck-in/draw down balance, resulting in low edge trim i.e. less waste and high processing line speed. - Good barrier to water vapor, e.g. for applications in portion packaging (sugar, salt)

LD 202.48 is an LDPE extrusion coating grade, especially designed for high speed, lightweight extrusion coating applications providing: - high speed processability - good heat sealing properties LD 202.48 offers an excellent coating on non-woven substrates. Its high melt-index combined with low density gives this grade the right balance between : - Adhesion onto non-wovens - Flexibility after coating

ExxonMobil™ LDPE LD 241.48 is a tubular LDPE grade designed for extrusion coating and lamination application.

LD 250 is an LDPE extrusion coating grade, especially designed for low speed extrusion coating applications providing very low neck-in characteristics, good heat sealing properties and good organoleptic properties.

LD 251 is a standard LDPE extrusion coating grade, offering low neck-in, excellent heat sealability (i.e. high seal speeds and/or low seal temperatures mostly required in high speed form-fill and seal applications) and good organoleptic properties (low odor and off-taste).

LD 252 is a high purity extrusion coating grade designed to meet environmental needs for reduced fume emissions during plastics conversion (up to 20% reduction versus standard LDPE). This grade offers low volatiles level, excellent neck-in/draw down balance, outstanding barrier characteristics, especially with water vapor when used in portion packaging applications and good organoleptic properties.

LD 258 is an LDPE extrusion coating grade that has superior organoleptic properties compared to existing standard low odor/off-taste LDPE extrusion coating polymers. The development of LD 258 reflects our in depth knowledge of the influence of extrusion coating process parameters as well as resin characteristics on the final odor and off-taste properties of coated materials.

LD 259 is an LDPE extrusion coating grade especially designed for coating on non-woven substrates. Its high melt-index combined with low density gives this grade the right balance between adhesion onto non-wovens, flexibility after coating and acts as a barrier for fluids and gases. LD 259 can also be used as a general extrusion and co-extrusion coating grade that requires easy processability, good neck-in/draw down balance and excellent heat sealability.

ExxonMobil™ LD 302 resins are 3.5 wt% vinyl acetate copolymer, high clarity film resins. The combination of comonomer content and low melt index helps produce films which exhibit superior impact strength, good heat sealability, and good low temperature properties.

ExxonMobil™ LD 306 resins are 5.5 wt% vinyl acetate copolymer, high clarity film resins. Film made from these resins exhibits superior impact strength and heat sealability.

ExxonMobil™ LD 312 resins are 4.6 wt% vinyl acetate copolymer resins for films with good toughness. The comonomer content and low melt index of these resins help produce films which exhibit superior impact strength, good heat sealability and good low temperature properties.

ExxonMobil™ LD 313.NF is a 3 wt% vinyl acetate copolymer. The vinyl acetate content of this resin provides good heat sealing and good cold temperature toughness when compared to LDPE homopolymers.

ExxonMobil™ LD 317.PM is fractional melt index, 6 wt% vinyl acetate copolymer film resins. Films made from LD 317.PM resins offer excellent impact strength, tensile properties, and heat sealability.

ExxonMobil™ LDPE LD 331.NM is a 5.9 wt% vinyl acetate copolymer, high clarity film resin. Films made from LD 331.NM resins exhibit superior impact strength and heat sealability.
