Modified rubber for molding and extrusion

This product is manufactured with high-quality raw materials and has three series. Its special formula are designed for cable accessories and the molded or extruded products requiring some strength in ordinary industries. The product is corona-resistant and arc-resistant, with stable weatherability and electrical insulating property. It has high transparency and physical & mechanical properties. The rubber for molding is vulcanized with 2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane as vulcanizing agent and the rubber for extrusion is vulcanized with vulcanizing agent DCBP (Di-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl) Peroxide), particularly applicable to manufacturing of various wall bushings, cable accessories, electrical insulation products and other industrial products.
