Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ H1272 is oil-extended high-molecular-weight grade which is used as impact modifier for PPO and a base material for SEBS compounds. Applications: Engineering plastics modifier for high impact strength. Compatibilizer. Base polymer for SEBS molding compounds. E.g. IC trays, grips for ski stocks, no-coat airbag covers.

Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ H1517 offers good compatibility for styrenic resin and polyphenylene either (PPE). It is also suited as impact modifier for cyclo olefin polymer (COP) and cyclo olefin copolymer (COC). It is particularly suited as compatibilizer of PP/PPE or polystyrene (PS) blend.

Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ MP10 is amine-modified SEBS. MP10 can be used as a modifier for engineering plastics such as polyamide (PA) or polyester (PEs), polylactic acid (PLA) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It is particularly suitable for an adhesive to TPU. It is also used as a compatibilizer of PS or olefinic resin and polar resins. It shows excellent adhesion to inorganic fillers, which can achieve good dispersion of inorganic fillers into plastics.

Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ N504 is a high-molecular-weight grade, which is used as an impact modifier of polyphenylene ether (PPE). TPE compounds are available based on N504 if blending PP, oil and other ingredients.

Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ P1083 is a selectively hydrogenated polymer with high resilience. It is particularly used as a modifier to yield high resilience to foam made from EVA or TPO for shoe mid soles.

Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ P5051 is a selectively hydrogenated polymer. It is used as a compatibilizer of PS and PP blends or as an impact modifier of GPPS, HIPS and PPE. Applications: Primarily for compatibilization between styrenic and olefinic polymers.
