Polymer Characteristics: Elastomers based on Andur® BD 78 AP show excellent resistance to aqueous environments even at high temperatures up to 100C. They also show excellent resistance to aqueous acids, bases and bleach. This will enable Andur® BD 78 AP elastomers to be put in applications where other conventional polyurethane elastomers cannot go. Andur® BD 78 AP is not compatible with Curene® 442 (MBOCA).

Andurset® M-77D Norteamérica
This system features the rigidity of a structural plastic with the castability of a typical two-component polyurethane elastomer system. In addition to being castable, Andurset M-77D offers several advantages over typical thermoplastics which include low tooling cost and the ability to cast large and thick-section parts. The Andurset M-77D, Part A contains diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) is inherently safer to work with than Andurset T-80D, Part A, that contains toluene diisocyanate which is a hazardous component.
