Key characteristics are flexibility and low temperature impact resistance. The grade is available in natural pellet form.

Adflex KS 084 P is a reactor TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) manufactured using LyondellBasell's proprietary Catalloy process technology. Adflex KS 084 P features a high melt flow and a low modulus. It is selected by customers for many commercial and industrial extrusion applications.

Adflex KS 311 P is a reactor TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) manufactured using LyondellBasell's proprietary Catalloy process technology. It is suitable for extrusion as well as injection molding and blow molding applications, including mechanical and decorative automotive parts requiring elastomeric type properties, like molded-in color automotive exterior components. The product is used by our customers for applications with paintable and weatherable requirements, such as injection molded fascias, claddings, bumper covers, body panels, step pads, and air deflectors. It is also used as a component in compounded materials for a wide range of industrial applications. The grade is available in natural pellet form.

Adflex Q 100 F is a thermoplastic polyolefin, which is mainly used by our customers for the extrusion of blown film. It is also suitable for sheet extrusion. Adflex Q 100 F features very high softness and very low modulus. It does not contain any slip or anti-blocking agents. Adflex Q 100 F is used for the production of soft hygienic film and heavy duty film, as well as for the modification of LDPE or LLDPE to increase mechanical characteristics, puncture resistance, and to allow further downgauging. It can be easily processed on conventional LDPE or LLDPE blown film lines.

Adflex Q 108 F is a reactor TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) manufactured using LyondellBasell' s proprietary Catalloy process technology. It is suitable for the extrusion and calendering of soft film and sheet, for the impact modification of polypropylene and other compounding applications, as well as monolayer and multilayer air quenched blown films. It is also used by our customers for automotive color-matched interior trim applications. The grade is available in natural pellet form and has no slip or antiblock, and only minimal stabilization in order to allow wider design latitude for the compounder. Additional suitable stabilization is recommended to protect the resin during melt processing and throughout its useful life.

It is suitable for the extrusion and calendering of soft film and sheet, for the impact modification of polypropylene and other compounding applications, as well as monolayer and multilayer air quenched blown films. It can also be used to modify LDPE or LLDPE resins in order to improve puncture resistance and other mechanical characteristics to allow futher downgauging. It contains no slip or antiblock. This grade is available in natural pellet form.

Adflex Q 300 F is a thermoplastic polyolefin which has been developed for the extrusion or calendering of soft film. Adflex Q 300 F can also be used as impact/toughener modifier of polypropylene homopolymer in extrusion applications. In strapping applications for instance, it notably decreases fibrillation and improves the processability of the film at high drawing ratios. Adflex Q 300 F can be processed on any conventional PP extrusion line as well as on PVC calendars. It can also be blown on standard LDPE or LLDPE film lines.

It exhibits a high softness and a low modulus, with a relatively high melt flow index. Adflex X 101 H is tailored to replace atactic polypropylene copolymers (APP) used for the modification of bitumen in roofing membranes. The percentage to be added can vary according to the quantity of the atactic polypropylene used in combination with Adflex X 101 H and the requested cold bending temperature of the end product. Due to the high molecular weight of Adflex X 101 H, high blend viscosity and good penetration values are obtained. Its structure is tailored to obtain easy dispersion and phase inversion in the bitumen blend. Adflex X101H is also used in other industrial applications where high flexibility and the capability of accepting high filler loading levels are required. The grade is available in natural pellet form.

It does not contain any slip nor anti-blocking agents.

Adflex X 501 F is a thermoplastic polyolefin which is typically used in co-extruded cast film and injection moulding applications. Adflex X 501 F features a high softness, a low flexural modulus, high gloss and excellent clarity. It has been selected by customers for use in a central layer of tough transparent co-extruded cast-film structures. It can be blended with other polyolefinic resins to improve the low temperature impact resistance maintaining the transparency of the film. Adflex X 501 F can be processed on conventional PP cast film lines. Adflex Z 108 S is a reactor TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) manufactured using the proprietary Catalloy process technology from LyondellBasell. Adflex Z 108 S features a very high softness, a very low flexural modulus and a high melt flow rate. It is used by customers for injection molding, impact modification, extrusion coating, soft compounding, film and fiber applications. It is also selected by customers for the modification of polypropylene homopolymer and random copolymer without altering the transparency. The grade is available in natural pellet form.

Adflex Z 101 H is a reactor TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) manufactured using the LyondellBasell' s proprietary Catalloy process technology. It exhibits high softness and low modulus, with high melt flow index. Adflex Z 101 H is tailored to replace atactic polypropylene copolymers (APP) used for the modification of bitumen in roofing membranes.
