Nanoblend™ EXP LST 5601 Black | North America |
Nanoblend compounds are LIGHT, STIFF AND TOUGH. Using nanoclay technology, these compounds deliver a combination of high stiffness and impact resistance to meet demanding structural and durability requirements. At the same time, they offer the light weight, aesthetic and processing advantages that are more typical of polyolefins.
|
Nanoblend™ MB 1201 | Latin America |
Nanoblend™ Concentrates are highly-filled additive concentrates designed to enhance the properties of thermoplastic compounds. These concentrates can be used to increase flexural modulus, melt strength and tensile yield in compounds containing resins such as polyolefins, polyamides, etc. Additional property enhancements can include lower heat seal strengths, harder surfaces, higher coefficient of friction, higher haze/lower clarity. In some cases, controlled release mechanism or enhanced barrier properties can be achieved. The carrier for the concentrate should be selected to be compatible with the thermoplastic matrix resin to be used in making the compound.

OnForce™ LF5200-5003 NATURAL | Africa & Middle East |
Avient's Long Fiber Thermoplastic (LFT) compounds are formulated for demanding applications which require high stiffness and good impact such as metal replacement or other structural applications. These products exhibit enhanced physical and mechanical properties versus standard short fiber products. Benefits of LFT compounds include improved impact strength, elastic modulus, and material strength across wide temperature ranges from subambient to highly elevated. Furthermore, LFT compounds have been shown to offer improved performance in the areas of creep and fatigue performance, improved dimensional stability, and exhibit an exceptional surface finish when compared to traditional highly filled short fiber products.
