Alkathene LD0220MS is a low density polyethylene designed for use in the production of low gauge (20 - 50µm) high quality film. Alkathene LD0220MS is formulated with a process stabilisation and antiblock additive package and contains an additive (erucamide) designed to provide a medium level of slip.

Film Extrusion: Alkathene LD0220MS is intended for use in high quality low gauge applications requiring medium slip, including lamination and overwrap films. It is typically blended with LLDPE for these applications.
