ALKAMIX™ MB6007
ALKAMIX MB6007 can be added to polyethylene during extrusion to reduce the coefficient of friction. The level required will vary according to coefficient of friction desired; gauge of film and other factors such as the presence of other additives (including antiblocks, colourants / pigments, etc...).
The maximum level of addition of MB6007 based on both good manufacturing practice and to ensure conformance to the requirements to the United States Food and Drug Administration Regulations CFR21 is 15 percent, when added to a polyethylene formulation free of any slip additives.
