PRE-PRG™ S200 Powder Coating
Suitable polymers: Acrylic, Epoxy, Polyester
PRE-PRG™ S200 is a highly efficient polymer purging compound primarily composed of renewable and recycled raw materials. PRE-PRG™ S200 does not include any chemical cleaning additives. PRE-PRG™ S200 is based on thermoplastic carrier and contains no PVC or silicone.
Optimized for cleaning extruders for powder coating products. Reduced machine downtime.
For optimal cleaning results, filling the screw to maximum and using maximum safe torque and melt pressure is recommended.
Processing temperature 100-200 °C. Overheating may cause thermal degradation of the compound and formation of fumes.
The product is predryed and does not require additional drying.
