SUMIPLOY CS5330 is a Polyethersulfone (PESU) product product filled with carbon fiber/Mineral. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, or North America for injection molding.

CS5530 is a grade with excellent tribological properties, dimensional accuracy equivalent to aluminum alloys, dimensional stability, high heat resistance (200°C), low CLTE, creep resistance at high temperatures, oil resistance, and flame resistance.

CS5530 is used for solenoid valve spools, oil control valve spools, housings, oil pumps, gears and motor parts, taking advantage of its excellent tribological properties, dimensional accuracy equivalent to aluminum, ultra dimensional stability and high heat resistance.
