Silane crosslinkable polyethylene for low voltage power cable insulation

SX523 pre-grafted black base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493 or CM497 in the ratio 95:5. This system is carbon loaded, with high UV stabilization, and has been especially developed for usage on overhead power cables insulation according NFC 33-209, "Câble Torsadé". Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.
