WEVOPUR 512 FLE/WEVONAT 900 E
The polymerized system has self-extinguishing properties. The resin contains no halogenated flame-retardants. After curing the material has an excellent flexibility therefore it can be applied es-pecially in case of encapsulation of pressure sensitive ferrites and SMD components.
The system is tested by Underwriters Laboratories under the File-No. E108835 at a thickness of 6 mm according to UL 94 V-0.
According to DIN EN 45545-2: 2013-08, protection requirement R 22 the material meets hazard level HL 2, and according to protection requirement set R 23 it meets HL 3.
Temperature range of use: -40°C to +130°C.
The casting resin is used with WEVONAT 900 E.
Applications: Encapsulation, sealing or coating of electrical components for low and medium voltage applications like sensors, switches or PCBs.
