WEVOPOX 36001 FL/WEVODUR 5001

Solvent free epoxide resin with high temperature resistance. The resin component contains a mineral filler providing the material self-extinguishing properties. The resin contains no halogenated flame-retardants. The system is tested by Underwriters Labotatories under the File-No. E108835 at a thickness of 2 mm according to UL 94 V-0.

Due to the content of mineral fillers, this resin shows moderate shrinkage during polymerization. The system shows good thermal shock performance and a good temperature resistance.

Temperature range of use: -40°C to +180°C.

The casting resin is used with WEVODUR 5001.

Applications: Encapsulation of applications that require high thermal resistance and endurance, like coils and electric motors.
