N66M40TL is a 40% mineral reinforced Nylon 6/6 which exhibits good dimensional stability and anisotropic shrinkage. This grade is slightly impact modified for improved impact strength.

For molded parts which may be exposed to high temperatures for prolonged periods, the heat stabilized formulation, N66M40THSL is recommended.

These compounds are cost effective candidates for applications requiring high strength and rigidity at room temps, as well as high temps, combined with improved control of warp and sinks in large surface areas or complex shapes.
