HEAVY METAL FREE FLAME RETARDANT PVC COMPOUND CLASS 70C (PVC/A) RECOMMENDED FOR INSULATION OF ELECTRICAL WIRES AND CABLES (BWF) AND ENERGY CABLES IN GENERAL CLASS 70°C (PVC/A, PVC/D AND PVC/F). ALSO RECOMMENDED FOR JACKET OF ENERGY CABLES CLASS 70°C (ST1) AND CLASS 90°C (ST2).
FOR OPTIMIZING ITS PROPERTIES IS SUGGESTED TO PROCESS THIS MATERIAL USING SIEVES 60 MESH OR CLOSER AND TEMPERATURES ABOUT 160°C/165°C IN THE FIRT ZONE, 165°C/175°C IN THE SECOND ZONE AND 180°C/185°C IN THE OTHER ZONES, INLCUDING THE EXTRUDER HEAD. SCREW WITH MIXERS AND WATER REFRESHING INTO THE CORE CAN HELP THE MATERIAL PROCESSABILITY.
