NexPrene® HTPV 9045D
- NexPrene® HTPV 9045D is a high performance cross-linked rubber that is dispersed in a high performance thermoplastic rubber (elastomer).
- NexPrene® HTPV 9045D is a proprietary thermoplastic vulcanizate. The rubber phase is based on acrylate terpolymer elastomer, whereas, the thermoplastic phase is based on polyether-ester block copolymer.
KEY FEATURES:
- Ideal for creep from -60 o C to 170 o C
- High flex fatigue resistance
- Excellent resiliency
- Easy to color
- Shock and noise isolation
- Connector and fastener with integral hinges and springs
- Shock vibration absorption
- Superior heat and chemical/oil resistance over traditional TPES products, such as Santoprene, SEBS and Hytrel.
- HB Flame rating
KEY APPLICATIONS:
Product intended for injection molding and extrusion processing, and under the hood applications such as gaskets, grommets, seals, plugs where high heat and oil resistance is required. This product is UV and heat stabilized.
