SUMIKAEXCEL® 4800G

SUMIKAEXCEL 4800G is a Polyethersulfone (PESU) product. It is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, or North America for injection molding.

4800G is a grade with high heat resistance (200°C), low CLTE, dimensional stability, creep resistance at high temperatures, hot water resistance, flame resistance and low smoke generation.

4800G is used for lenses, semiconductor carriers, piping fittings and sterilization cases, taking advantage of its high heat resistance and dimensional accuracy, as well as its resistance to hot water. It is also used in aircraft entertainment components due to its flame-retardant properties, as well as in tableware because of its FDA compliance.
