WEVOPUR 512 FL/WEVONAT 900

Two-component encapsulating system based on polyurethane. The polymerized system has self-extinguish properties. The resin contains no halogenated flame-retardants. After curing the material has an excellent flexibility and therefore applies especially in case of encapsulation of pressure sen-sitive ferrites and SMD components. The material exhibits properties according to UL 94 V-0 at a thickness of 4 mm.

The system is tested by Underwriters Labotatories under the File-No. E108835. HWI and HAI tests are passed with PLC 0, the RTI value is 130°C (mechanical and electrical strenght).

Temperature range of use: -40°C to +130°C.

The casting resin is used with WEVONAT 900.

Applications: Encapsulation of electrical components like coils, sensors, capacitors or PCBs.
