Europrene Latice 2430 is an aqueous anionic dispersion of a styrene-butadiene copolymer with high solid content obtained by emulsion polymerisation using fatty acid soap as emulsifier. It does not contain any antioxidant.

Europrene Latice 2430, after vulcanisation, shows good mechanical properties as tensile strength and elongation at break. Europrene Latice 2430 can be blended and vulcanised in a similar manner to natural rubber latex. Foam made of Europrene Latice 2430 shows a high indentation hardness and a good resilience

Main Applications
Europrene Latice 2430 is used for high stiffness moulded foams (pillows, mattresses, topper) related to Dunlop,Talalay, gel/no gel processes. It can be used in gel and no-gel carpet foams
