MERICAN® 9180P is a prepromoted, low viscosity orthophtalic unsaturated polyester resin, special designed for vacuum infustion and RTM process. It presents excellent mechanical properties, process performance.

PROPERTY
  • Low viscosity, excellent processing performance
  • Excellent mechanical properties, strong adhesion between laminates
  • Excellent fiberglass wet abilityand easy roll
  • Very low peak exotherm; Thick pieces ca be formed at one time

APPLICATION
  • High performance composite products, such as nacelle, tank, container, etc.
  • Can be used in RTM, light RTM, vacuum infusion process.
