Extir® P 1212 is a white expandable polystyrene with very small beads size. Extir® P 1212 is used for the fast molding of thin-walled and complex-shaped products. Extir® P 1212 is characterized by excellent sintering and excellent processability combined with dimensional stability and excellent surface appearance, it's suitable for food contact applications.

Applications
Extir® P 1212 is suitable for the production of artifacts with complex shapes and very fine sections. Typical applications are:
  • Multi-perforated seed trays
  • Industrial technical packaging
  • Printed circuit board boxes
  • Medical kits
