Avantra® 8530B

Avantra® 8530B is an ignition resistant grade of high impact polystyrene with exceptional moldability. It is free of polybrominated diphenylethers and meets UL94V-0 (@ 0.062"/1.5 mm min.) rating. It gives exceptional moldability while maintaining good mechanical and heat resistance properties.

Applications
Avantra® 8530B has a good balance of toughness and flow properties while being easy to process. It is well suited for large part applications, but also easy to use in smaller part manufacturing, thin-walled multi-cavity parts, housewares, appliance parts, consumer electronics, or office accessories.
