ALCUDIA® M5305 is a low melt flow rate high density polyethylene with medium molecular weight distribution. It offers an optimum balance between mechanical and processing properties for production of monofilaments with high tensile strength at break.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
ALCUDIA®M5305 gives high tenacity and flexible monofilaments with low fibrillation tendency suitable for:
  • Webs
  • Ropes
  • Fishing nets

Recommended melt temperature range from 210 to 230°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
