Versalis Revive® ESBR 12D02 is an ESBR-ELT micronized powder masterbatch with properties equivalent to virgin ESBR including good processability and mechanical properties. Versalis Revive® ESBR 12D02 provides many benefits to rubber compounders in terms of sustainability due to the use of recycled material; handling, solid bales instead of powder; HSE issues, reduction of dust emissions in the mixing room. It may be successfully blended with other elastomers (BR, NR, etc) giving homogeneous compounds and good cure compatibility.
Main Applications
Tyre manufacturing, pre-cured tread, footwear, conveyor belts and technical goods.
