- Estane® MB ABHU1 is a Polyester TPU based U.V. stabilizer masterbatch developed for extrusion and molding applications.
- Incorporation of 2 to 3 % Estane® MB ABHU1 in Estane® TPU grades results in molded and extruded articles with an improved U.V. resistance.
- To obtain a good dispersion of the U.V. stabilizer masterbatch in the TPU matrix during extrusion/molding, it is advised a screen pack (up to 100 mesh) during extrusion and sufficient screw back pressure during molding.
- Recommended to dry MB before processing till = 0.05% moisture.
